Good Morning Squeak! Squeak having a buck and a fling going out into her field this morning! The past few days have got colder and a bit drizzly where we are so most of the yard have started coming in overnight. Squeak does love her stable and is always happy to come in, but she loves having a play when she goes back out in the morning! #morningturnout #fieldfun #equestrianlife #horsesofinstagram #ashleybettina taken in Trotters Horse Riding School by @hoovesandthehound

Squeak The Pickle Squeak running away from me in the field when I was trying to catch her for her medication - safe to say she knew what was coming and has been such a pickle lately! But so glad she's feeling well enough to be a hooligan again. #fieldantics #cheekypony #equestrianlife #horsesofinstagram #ashleybettina taken in Trotters Horse Riding School by @hoovesandthehound

Throwback With Squeak A little throwback to Squeak having a play in the school - sadly she's been out of work for a while due to some health issues, which is why she's looking a bit stiff here. She’s been on a few medications now and has an another check in November so hoping to see improvement. #throwback #equestrianlife #horsesofinstagram #horserecovery #ashleybettina taken in Trotters Horse Riding School by @hoovesandthehound

A new chapter with Colt & Cross I’m so excited to share that I’m now a brand ambassador for @coltandcross ! For those who don’t know us, I’m Grace, based on the Isle of Wight, and my partner in crime is Squeak (Ashley Bettina), my 13-year-old New Forest mare. I actually discovered Colt & Cross at the New Forest Show a few years ago, so it feels extra special to now be part of the team and represent a brand I first came across while enjoying one of my favourite parts of the equestrian world! Squeak and I love a bit of everything, and we’re always looking for new things to try together. We had a tough time at the end of 2025 when Squeak was diagnosed with a granulosa-cell tumour and needed surgery to have both ovaries removed, but she’s recovered so well, and I’m just so happy to have my girl back doing what she loves. We’ve got lots of plans for the future, from getting back into dressage and doing more ridden showing to trying cross-country training and hopefully some showjumping! I’m so grateful to be joining the Colt & Cross team and can’t wait to share more of our journey! #coltandcross #brandambassador #supportingsmallbusiness #equestrianbusiness #ashleybettina taken in Cowes, Isle Of Wight, United Kingdom by @hoovesandthehound
