Neon Knights Again...
Two years ago I made my first trip out to Cape Romano. A very special place in Florida... a dark, uninhabited island where there are a number of things to photograph, most especially – the dome homes. The first time there I shot a lit up tent photo with the fine gentleman I went with. This time, we were treated to a little reflection pool that’d formed in the most perfect location. It was an obvious place to set up camp & set up a shot. Seen here are @tidetothesea (Joe) @feed_the_invisible (Angel) @kve239 (Kyle) & myself. I want to give a huge thank you to Joe for inviting me on & setting this trip up! An incredible person who if it was a just world, would have a TV show about him! Also a huge thanks to Angel & Kyle for not only participating in this photo & being inspirations, but for being people I could be on a deserted island with. Also, yes - Power Rangers & 4 dudes 3 tents... 🤔 .

Redrum...
So, a while back I posted this composited photo of multiple strikes from this storm & people seemed to like it. I posted some individual strikes and did some new edits so they wouldn’t all look the same. But, this was the first photo edited of the bunch & it gave me the look for the rest of em. I kinda like it more all by itself. To say we got lucky to see this that night would be an understatement and although I’ve seen plenty of strikes since, I don’t think I’ve seen a storm more perfectly placed & timed (at sunset) than this.

Southern Lights…
To look at my camera screen and see the Aurora Borealis here in Southwest Florida was mind blowing. We went out to shoot the Milky Way, and got something more than we bargained for. That feeling will be hard to duplicate. 🌌❤️‍🔥

Crescent Moon Over Bahia Honda….
On a 2021 trip down to shoot the Milky Way, we arrived early and got the sunset. During last night, after taking a few shots I realized the crescent moon overhead. It was another amazing night in the Keys!
