I had the immense pleasure of remixing my dear old friend @tanner_merritt ‘s track Settle Down for his solo album’s Remix collection! I’m joined by many talented friends and artists, where each track from Tanner’s record CYRUS I got a new rendition. Thanks for tapping me @tanner_merritt , and thanks for your patience and trust! I had a ton of fun making this, and while it sounds a bit different than what this project will eventually output, that funky 2-step groove will always be near and dear to my heart! Go buy the tape and enjoy!! by @hopescholar

Recording chorusy guitar into this shitty lil microcassette recorder I’ve had for over a decade. I’ll feed it from micro tape back into the computer for chopping and sampling in a tune I’ve been working on. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @hopescholar
