Day 4 of building back my endurance! 🦌 Follow @hopey.deyoungxlife to keep up, as I will not be posting anymore videos to this account. I felt really good about this one, and I’m so proud of myself for staying consistent, even if it is just 4 days in a row. Friday, September 25th by @hopey.deyoung
Day 3 of building back my endurance! 🏃‍♀️ If you would like to continue following along, follow @hopey.deyoungxlife. I will post one more video on my main account, and then the rest will be on that page! I met a small goal - my hope was to do the same workout as Day 1 (2 minutes of running and 2 minutes of walking repeated for 20 minutes), but complete more mileage. On Day 1, I made it to 1.41. Today, I made it to 1.54! Small goals achieved amount to big achievements. Thursday, September 24th by @hopey.deyoung
Day 2 of building back my endurance! 🍁🌲 Rest and recovery day, as I’m just getting started! It was perfect weather, even if it was slightly misting. Behind on editing, so this was from Wednesday, September 23rd. by @hopey.deyoung
Day 1 of building back my endurance! 🍁🐿️ I had so much fun making this and I’m hoping that it will keep me accountable to actually running again! We’ll see if I actually keep up with it 🏃‍♀️ by @hopey.deyoung

AFRICA 2025 ON FILM! All these pictures are so perfect that I struggled to know what picture to start with, but I do think that Shantel deserves some love! She is an aspiring gymnast, and if that doesn’t work out, she would love to be a teacher! She loves math and her best friends at the Suvia Children’s Home, where she lives and plays. She asked that I pray for her family and her future; if you are reading this, I ask that you join in our prayer for Shantel, and all of the children at Suvia! This is a trip that I will never forget, and I hope to talk about it so much to a point of annoyance :) If you’re considering missions, GO FOR IT! You’ll never regret it! by @hopey.deyoung
Words can’t express how grateful I am to have experienced a trip like no other! God met us in a new place and in new ways. We lived out the tangible gospel by serving the people of Kenya. In the process, we were humbled and have been captivated by their hospitality, joy, community focus, and bold faith. We are sad to leave our family in Kenya, but we are excited to continue partnering with the Kenyan people. As they have left an impact on our hearts, we forever leave a piece of ours in Kenya. Thank you, Jesus, for this incredible opportunity! And thank you to those who supposed us along the way! Until next time! by @hopey.deyoung
