35 was a wild ride! I have too many moments and memories I’d love to share, but it would take too long. I am grateful that I had the chance to spend so 1.5 month in Asia, live in Europe for 2.5 months, travel with my best friends to Japan, eat all the great food, make new friends, get even closer to the old friends/family and most importantly continue to grow. I have always been my biggest critic, wondering if I’m doing enough. Though there will always be untapped potential, its recaps like these that make me thankful how far I’ve come but also appreciate how far there is to go still. Travel and experiences are one thing you can buy that will always make you richer. Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes! Love you all. Crazy if tru 🤘🏼❤️ taken in 岐阜屋 by @horbert

34 was quite the ride! Admittedly, this has been what feels like the best year ever. Living with intention and making shit happen, while traveling the world. Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I am so grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people. Let’s make 35 even better. Standby… 🤘🏼❤️

Oslo -> Bergen -> Lofoten Islands ✈️🏔️🇳🇴
Norway trip was such an amazing experience. Overdosed on salmon and caviar. Proud to be an honorary member of the Wiborg family for 11 days. These boys, their good vibes and their fluent Norwegian made the trip better than it could’ve ever been. Thanks, boyz! 🤘🏼❤️

Leveled up🤘🏼💜
The journey to my purple belt was not an easy one. I never quit though. Those of you who are close to me know how hard I pushed for this and how many hours I’ve dedicated. I started jiu jitsu in 2010 and received my blue belt from @betonunesbjj in March of 2012. After moving to and from Germany, countless injuries/surgeries and searching for a jiu jitsu gym that felt like home, I couldn’t be happier to become a purple belt 12 years later under @marcelocohenbjj and the @carlsongracie jiu jitsu family. Thank you for everyone who has pushed me, supported me and has helped make me the man I am today.

Portland, Maine and Acadia National Park. Sex, drugs and lobster rolls. ⛰️🌊🦞 The seafood here was on a whole other level. Lobster rolls and oysters were plentiful, and the downtown area was a foodie heaven. I did not have a bad meal here! Awesome summertime trip.

Colorado Springs and Boulder, Colorado adventures with the fam. Finally got the chance to take the cog train up to Pikes Peak (elevation of 14,115), hit the Manitou Incline (with a time of 44:36) and visit the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Gardens of The Gods, dinner at the Broadmoor and visiting Boulder… all favorite repeats of mine. Love Colorado. My home away from home.

Feeling extra blessed by my jiu jitsu community this past week. Had an amazing seminar with @nickyrod247 , was able to train with the boys over at @roguewavewpb , had 3 days of training in a row with THE @carlsongracie , and got the chance to watch my gym’s owner and my mentor @marcelocohenbjj compete in Eddie Bravo’s 16 man Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds bantamweight tournament. Big thanks to the boys as always for pushing and always making each other better. @chaaalie @clutchglassworks @sub_lord_

Off to Colorado with my family this week to give these 34 year old joints some much needed rest. 🤘🏼❤️🏔️
