🕋 AYAT AL-KURSI | THE VERSE OF THE THRONE

Ayat al-Kursi (Qur’an 2:255) is one of the greatest verses of the Qur’an. It describes Allah’s absolute power, knowledge, authority, and protection.

It was revealed in Madinah and became one of the most beloved verses for Muslims to recite for remembrance and protection.

A commonly circulated report says that 30,000 angels accompanied its revelation, but this specific number is not established by an authentic hadith, so it should not be stated as certain.

The Prophet ﷺ taught its great virtue, including reciting it before sleep as a means of protection by Allah’s permission.

🤲 A verse of Tawheed, عظَمة Allah, and protection.

My cousin (who took this photo) already left us too soon, unexpectedly. But we're all humans, we forget. The best we can do is remind each other that one day we'll all leave this 🌎 earth with everything innit.

Some moments become memories, and some memories become priceless.
May Allah have mercy on those we’ve lost and grant them Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen 🤲🏽🤍 Jummah Kareem. taken in Los Angeles, California by @horrickalive

Prayer for our loved ones who passed away:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ، وَنَوِّرْ قُبُورَهُمْ، وَاجْعَلْهُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ. آمِينَ.

“O Allah, forgive them, have mercy on them, illuminate their graves, and make them among the people of Paradise. Ameen.” 🤲🏽🕊️ taken in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania by @horrickalive

@diamondplatnumz 's verse sounds even better when you understand it in English for those who dont understand swahili innit!
Here's the translation,
Livelihood comes in seven portions; Perhaps mine is the sixth, Yet You alone can change it—even to ten. I do not claim, God the Father, to be the most righteous, But I pray You accept my plea and lift me from this state of want. Father, as for me—just to eat and sleep, To be satisfied is enough; Give others cars, but give me simple sandals, If only to shield my feet from the thorns. And if You were to grant me a house, I cannot deny I would be comforted. Perhaps, Father, a business too, Where customers come streaming in
This verse goes deep in my soul cause it relates to my actual experience and most people all over the world but lemmie say this.. keep on doing the right things and belive in GOD. His timing is perfect. He delayed my success just to give me more character and lessons, which im glad I went through hell to experience heaven.
GOD IS GREAT.
