Dear Instagram friends.. This post is very different from my other posts. This post is important!

This post is about 4 lives out of many who needs our help. So if you are able to help in any way by sharing her link or donating it could be life changing for this family.

@noha.qmz came across my Instagram about a week ago asking for help to buy flour for her kids. Something inside me led me to answering her and visiting her link. I have had people contact me before and I have turned the other chin because I felt overwhelmed by the amount of people who needs help and as many of you may know I’m a stay at home mom and we only have one income. But I donate her and there once in awhile to organizations.

I felt like I was supposed to help @noha.qmz in any way that I can. I have a small platform and this is the least I can do. Sharing her story her link so that maybe some of you will be able to help her and her 3 boys. Her husband has been missing since the genocide started in Gaza so she has the full responsibility to protect and care for herself and her boys.

If you are able to donate just a bit. Please do. We can’t help everyone but we can help one ❤️

I know you might be skeptical believe me I was too, because we live in a world where people will take advantage of other people’s disadvantage. I have video chat with @noha.qmz and saw her living situation. I ended up feeling so bad for asking all those questions, because she is a real person dealing with things I wish non of us will ever have to experience.

Italy so far through my digital camera 🇮🇹 and no it’s not been the most glamorous trip so far! traveling with Chloe has been hell 😅 her at this age is though… but still so much to be grateful for and the two eldest joined us today so that they can celebrate my 40th birthday with me in 2 days.. time is moving by so fast… and its hot 🥵 #italy2026 by @hosannah__

Thank you to everyone who reached out to me ❤️ Yesterday was just one of those days where you go home and cry it out… being back out in the world after 8 years is tough. Learning new things is tough too, but I have to be tougher. So thank you to this online village for the support.

A few hours at Statens Museum for Kunst with my class, and it felt so good to dive into art again. Slowing down, really looking, letting thoughts wander. I didn’t realize how much I’d missed that kind of space until I was back in it. 🎨

I left my footsteps in the soft wild
not to be seen,
but to feel the earth remember me.

Among stubborn dandelions and quiet blooms,
I learned something about becoming
how beauty doesn’t ask for permission,
how it grows anyway,
through cracks, through chaos, through time.

Maybe we are all just passing through
trying to bloom where we land,
trying to be soft in a world that forgets how.
