We always have the best intentions. Most epic nativity rendition, ever…am I right?! 🤣🎄❤️#nativity #funnychristmas #funnykids #christmas #christmasnativity by @host_hoppers

2024. What a year.
.
We had big wins – travel, milestones, new jobs, new adventures. But let’s be real: life wasn’t always perfect. Behind the scenes? There were setbacks, hard goodbyes, struggles that nobody saw. Days that felt too heavy. Nights filled with questions. But here’s the thing - every year is a mix of highs and lows. And that’s OK. The messy parts make the good moments shine brighter. So, don’t compare your life to someone else’s highlight reel. Celebrate your wins, learn from your losses, and keep moving forward. Here’s to 2024, the lessons, the growth, and everything in between. And God, if you’re listening, a few more blessings and a few less growth opportunities in 2025, please. 🤣❤️🙏Happy new year, friends! #New year #travelwithkids #learning #highlightreal #lifeunfiltered #2024inreview #cheersto2025 #newyearnewme #blessingsandgrowth #travel by @host_hoppers

Every time I step off of the plane in paradise, my nervous system drops into low gear. It’s just like MAGIC. ✨ This short trip was just the reset that I needed - a vacation from my problems, in my favorite spot, with two of my very favorite people. The condo was open, the car was sitting in storage and my flight cost me $80, thanks to my favorite pilot @realparkerbennett .❤️ Caught up with a few friends, went to a Kahuku game, ate at our favorite spots and hung at our favorite beach. Now accepting direct bookings at Turtle Bay - DM for more information! #hawaii #northshore #oahu #airbnb #beach by @host_hoppers

Come and see me tomorrow afternoon from 2:30-4:30 pm at the HOLLAween party - Holladay City Hall!! I’ve been putting candy bags together, making t shirts and working my tail off@to promote my therapy practice!! Feelings matter - CANDY TOO. #emotions #insideout #halloween #therapy #candy by @host_hoppers

Quick road trip to Moab for Lu’s dance competition! A tough event for her - technique was on point, but she was a bit distracted and learned a few good lessons:

1. Practice
2. Practice
3. Practice

Proud of what a good sport she is!!

Proud of PJ for his patience. 😅

Love you, Lucille!

PS fun to run into an old friend on the trail!!

The most epic weekend with my PJ, his baby girl and her guy! Last minute guest bookings cramped our style - a great problem to have - so we got creative, pivoted and made the most of it! Friday night at Solitude, breakfast at Silver Fork, Saturday evening at Sundance. Hiked Stewart Falls, enjoyed the lift ride to Bear Claw for nachos and hiked down from Midway. Weather is perfect, leaves are changing - a fantastic time to book your getaway! DM for details. #sundance #beautahful #autumn #hike #airbnb @airbnb @sundanceresort by @host_hoppers

Grateful for my favorite therapy - friendship, nature and moving my body. Just can’t be beat! Grandeur peak kicked my trash this morning. #grandeurpeak #hike #utah #getoutside #womensupportwomen by @host_hoppers

I’ve been pretty quiet around here, lately. Life can throw some real curveballs at you. My family has had more than its fair share of trials, this last year.
.
It’s really got me thinking about how I show up, day to day. Life isn’t always as it appears in pictures or on social media. Treat everyone you meet as though they’re going through the hardest trial in their life. You’re probably right, most of the time. Be kind (to others AND to yourself). Be compassionate. Be loving. Be grateful. Be generous. Be gentle. Be YOU. 💙🙏

Grateful for my people and that we’re always here for one another. The silver lining. #family #gratitude #love #loss #hope by @host_hoppers

Today seems like as good a day as any, to introduce my guy to the internet…he entered my life about six months ago, at a totally unexpected time. So many “happenstances” brought us together. Being in love again feels scary, vulnerable and exhilarating, all at once. Parrish, you are patient, steady, CALM, kind, adventurous, easy going, funny, helpful, tenacious, spontaneous, disciplined, honest, intelligent and SO loved!! Happy birthday, babe!! Grateful for you! xo

Today is my 53rd BIRTHDAY and THAT is worth celebrating. I hear from so many women that they are afraid to grow old(er). Guess what… old age is a gift denied to many, so ima REJOICE in it. 53 summers. 53 parties. 53 trips around the sun. 19,359 days. 27,876,960 minutes. 1.67 billion seconds on this glorious planet. 🎂 I won’t bore you with a list of things that I’m grateful for or lessons learned, but I will tell you that my biggest blessings are health, my people, nature and adventure and the MOST valuable thing that I’ve learned is how to LOVE MYSELF. And I do. It took a LOT of hard work to get here. But it was all worth it. Today, I can honestly say that I feel courageous, fun, adventurous, kind, unapologetically real, funny, tenacious, determined, wise, hard working, honest, loving, helpful, compassionate, loyal, creative, caring, affectionate, generous, thoughtful and resilient. How’s THAT for tooting my own horn?! Guess what - you can’t give what you don’t have and you can’t receive what you don’t believe, so do the world a favor - get busy living and celebrating YOU. And if you don’t know where to start, DM me to learn more about my SECOND CHAPTER course - coming this fall!! #Birthday #secondchapter #divorce #middleage #fun And thanks to my girls for celebrating me today. NON STOP belly laughs on the Weber River were just what I needed. ILYSM by @host_hoppers
