A cup of tea may not change your life.
But it can change the pace of an afternoon, open a conversation, and become a memory.

That’s what I loved most about @nazareteacollection.

Last week they launched their collection in Montreal and I understood why they do it differently: born around a family table, each organic blend is designed not just to be enjoyed, but to be shared. For those real moments I care so much about: calm mornings, long afternoons with people you love, and the pauses we need more than we admit.

Tea, cocktails, beautiful bites, and an idea I fully share: wellness can also have flavour, aroma and memory. And it’s better when shared.

Thanksgiving has been my favourite holiday since I moved to Canada almost 20 years ago.
No gifts, nothing to perform. Just a shared meal and a moment to celebrate the harvest, whatever it looked like this year: a new job, a new home, new friends, a new face at the table.
We so often take life for granted and forget to say thank you for the small victories. Life is today, and it deserves to be celebrated every moment we can.
So tonight, stay at the table a little longer. The dishes can wait.

L’Action de grâce est ma fête préférée depuis mon arrivée au Canada, il y a presque 20 ans.
Pas de cadeaux, rien à prouver. Juste un repas partagé et un moment pour célébrer les récoltes de l’année, peu importe leur forme : un nouvel emploi, une nouvelle maison, de nouveaux amis, un nouveau visage à table.
On tient souvent la vie pour acquise et on oublie de dire merci pour les petites victoires. La vie, c’est aujourd’hui, et elle mérite d’être célébrée chaque fois qu’on le peut.
Alors ce soir, reste à table un peu plus longtemps. La vaisselle peut attendre.

We hosted the official launch of our tea collection at our spa location in Laval, and what a beginning. Our teas poured as cocktails and mocktails, tastings, delicious bites, and a room full of people who felt like family from the very first sip.
This is what @nazareteacollection was always meant to be: a moment to slow down, gather, and turn a simple cup into a ritual worth sharing.

Tea time is a precious ritual and it can be done in an elegant way.
Remember these things:
🫖At the dining table, you only bring the tea cup to you. The saucer stays on the table. Unless you are enjoying it at the living room or a waiting room, then you bring both to you.
🫖 Pinky finger stays next to the others, not facing outwards
🫖 Hold you tea cup only with one hand, no need for both

I could describe the workshop myself. I would rather let the parents from April do it.
These are their words, after their children spent one Sunday with us. Not because their child became someone else overnight, but because they saw them a little more at ease, a little more sure of themselves, in a room full of people.
That is the whole point. Presence you can see, that stays with them long after the day.
The second edition is October 18.

This is not a lecture and it is not a worksheet. Your child practises each of these in a small group, at a beautifully set table, with a three-course lunch prepared by a private chef. They leave having done it, not just heard about it.

There’s something powerful about women coming together. ✨

A beautiful evening at Club Saint-Denis, surrounded by women in business, connection and conversation.

One story really stayed with me , a daughter acquiring the company her mother built. A true example of succession, trust, leadership and legacy.

It’s such a reminder of how important female energy is in our lives and women who support us, challenge us, inspire us and open doors for one another.

Piri Piri just hit the road 🚚
Their first-ever food truck is officially open at Premium Outlets Montréal, right next to Nike. And it might be the only fresh, healthy option in the whole outlet, which makes it dangerously convenient.
Wraps stuffed to the edge, sandwiches piled high, and yes, poutine. All fresh, flame-grilled, never frozen. I went with the marinated chicken wrap, dark meat, and it did not disappoint.
(And a small etiquette reminder from me: small bites, big conversations. Nobody wants a mouth full of food mid-conversation.)
Go find the truck, show them this Reel, and walk away with this soccer ball, on the house.

Piri Piri prend la route 🚚
Leur tout premier food truck est officiellement ouvert aux Premium Outlets Montréal, juste à côté de Nike. Et c’est probablement la seule option fraîche et santé de tout le centre, ce qui la rend dangereusement pratique.
Des wraps bien garnis, des sandwichs généreux, et oui, une poutine. Tout est frais, grillé à la flamme, jamais congelé. J’ai pris le wrap poulet mariné, viande brune, et honnêtement, aucun regret.
(Et un petit conseil d’étiquette de ma part : petites bouchées, grandes conversations. Personne ne veut avoir la bouche pleine en pleine conversation.)
Allez trouver le truck, montrez-leur ce Reel, et repartez avec ce ballon de soccer, cadeau de la maison.
