As an event host, one of my biggest non-negotiables is having a reliable sound system and mic. So when a client tells me they’re not hiring a professional DJ, I’ll usually encourage them to add my sound system and let me take care of the music while I host. So there I am 😅 hosting, keeping track of the program, watching the timeline, hyping everyone up, coordinating, and making sure the right music is playing at the right moment. Multitasking at its finest! 😂 So If you see me hosting with one hand on the mic and the other controlling the music, just know I’m doing the absolute most.

A couple of days before the wedding, the bride sent me an inspo video of a Bruno Mars concert and asked if I could hype up all their guests for their grand entrance, challenge accepted. 😎

But honestly, this kind of energy only happens when the guests bring so much love, excitement, and support for the couple. From start to finish, they absolutely understood the assignment. 👏🏻

Instead of the traditional mother & groom and father & bride dances, this lovely couple chose to dance with their entire family. This beautiful moment celebrated not just their love for each other, but the love and support of their entire family.

I always believe your program should reflect YOU as a couple. You can choose your own special segments, add personal touches, and create moments that are meaningful to your story and the people who matter most.

The first 5 minutes kicked off with my introduction, the couple’s grand entrance, a short interview, and their first dance. ✨

The couple opted for a short, straightforward and laid-back reception program. Formal yet engaging, with just the right amount of energy while keeping everyone informed and involved throughout the evening.

Sometimes, it’s not about how grand or energetic the program is, but the genuine connection and warmth you feel from the couple and their guests.
