I’m going to be real, 2023 has been truly the worst of them all…it’s been challenging, heartbreaking, rock bottom hitting and just not who I am or want to be.

From trying to fix a one sided relationship/being emotionally manipulated, minimising my own value to accommodate others, quitting my job to escape toxic behaviour, saying sorry for others when it wasn’t due, trying to find purpose and questioning my own sanity I can say it’s been a f*kn ride.

It’s been lonely, demoralising and just bloody rough. But I’m here, I’m still smiling, learning and growing every damn day, so my own resilience is what I’m thankful for and thankful for everyone who’s lent an ear, a drink, company and moral support that this too shall pass. It’s been fun to learn about the power of my mind and manifest the life I can have!

So here’s a collection of photos to show that it’s all good and the sun still shines…next year it’s going to shine that bit brighter so hope you’re all ready…and if I say f*ck you, I really mean it and I’m not sorry for it.
