Teriyaki Chicken Recipe:

(The delicious hot crispy garlic oil is 100% recommended @hotcrispyoil 🔥)

Chicken:
2 lbs thin sliced chicken breast
Corn starch
Vegetable oil

Instructions:
Coat chicken breast on both sides with cornstarch and fry on a cast iron for 4 minutes on medium high heat. Make sure each side has a golden crust. Remove from the pan, then add your teriyaki sauce.

---------------------------

Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup mirin
1 cup cooking sake
1 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together on high heat and boil until it's reduced half way then add your cooked chicken, flipping continuously so it doesn't burn. Keep cooking on high until sauce is thickened to your liking.

--------------------------

Sticky Rice:
3 cups short grain rice
3 cups water

Instructions:
Wash rice 5 times or until the water runs clear then add to your rice cooker and set it to your "white rice" setting or steam for 25 minutes.

Treat this as your official sign that autumn pizza nights are here. 🍂🍕

This flavor combo is elite: sausage, sliced local apples baked with fresh rosemary, mozzarella and provolone.

The absolute non-negotiable step? A heavy post-bake drizzle of @hotcrispyoil for that fried garlic and shallot flavor and texture, followed by a swirl of their Hot Crispy Honey.

Sweet, savory, and spicy enough to warm you up.

This might be an autumn bucket list must-try.

Sardines aren’t my favorite… but the omegas are non-negotiable.
•
So I turned them into this loaded sardine pâté with olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, a drizzle of EVOO + balsamic, piled on fresh sourdough, and finished with a generous spoon of @hotcrispyoil
•
High protein. High flavor. Zero excuses. Let’s go.

It’s a beautiful day, plenty of goodness is coming out of the kitchen & Kim Buckley plays live inside tonight from 6-9 🎶

Grab a patio table while the sun’s out, then head inside for some live tunes, good food, cold drinks and a Friday at Hill Creek. We’ll see you soon! ☀️🍻

🔥 Hot Crispy Oil might be the most versatile condiment to hit the market in years.

So naturally… we had to put it on a pizza burger. 🍕🍔

We smashed up a juicy burger, loaded it with melted mozzarella, crispy pepperoni, marinara, and finished it with that HOT crispy oil for the ultimate combination of heat, crunch, and flavor. 🌶️🔥

And honestly… that crispy chili crunch on a burger is NEXT LEVEL.

Comment 🍕 for the recipe! 👇

Save this one and send it to someone who needs to try it!
