BEHOLD, THE OFFICIAL HOTEATSCOOLFEETS SANDWICH!!!! All March long at both @LardoPDX locations, you can enjoy my Fried Chicken Plaesar Sandwich. If you know anything about the monthly Lardo Chefwiches, you know this is an insanely high honor. It’s truly one of the coolest things to ever happen to me. Here’s the deal: it’s a fried chicken thigh painted and dusted with a secret mix of sauce and seasoning, topped with bacon, a parm crisp and @GrassaPDX’s legendary Caesar Salad. Proceeds of each sandwich sold go to @ohsudoernbecher, which the Lardo team and I couldn’t be more stoked to support. Get ready for sandwich spam through the end March, including a giveaway, footage on how it came together and stories about the people that inspired it. Please go eat this sandwich, I promise you that while it’s highly Instagrammable, it’s insanely delicious. I can’t thank @rickgenc and the Lardo team more for this. I FEEL SO PLAYERISH WITH MY OWN SANDWICH!!! GO GET IT EVERYONE AND THANK YOU FOREVER FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!

Happy Dumpling Week! Tango Crab in Hillsdale rips soooo hard. This was a great reminder that I need to get in there way more often, especially for the Asian Cajun seafood fusion dishes. I have some travel the rest of the week so I likely won’t get to wreck any more #DumplingWeek spots, but I hope everyone has a delicious time running around the city crushing all the good stuff. Remember… DUMPLINGS RULE AND SO DO YOU!!!!

this is a deep cut Millennial reference but I don’t care… @yokohamaskylinepdx is like the “Nothing to Lose” (starring Martin Lawrence and Tim Robbins) of Portland noodle spots. NTL is one of the funniest comedies of all time and we don’t talk about it enough and it is award worthy and it should always be on rotation. this restaurant is like that!

Ramen: SCHWING!
Karaage: SCHWING!
Gyoza: SCHWING!
Takoyaki: TRIPLE SCHWING!

You know what to do, everyone… GOOOOO!
