We believe people are at the heart of the hotel experience. Our goal is to free them from mundande tasks, allowing them to focus on what truly matters

Most hotel tech solves one problem in isolation. A tool for search. A tool for chat. A tool for reporting. Each is fenced from your other systems and from each other.

That’s the hidden cost of point solutions. Your team ends up stitching them together instead of serving guests.

HotelWorld AI is built differently: a team of agents, each with a clear role, working together with your staff on one Unified Platform.

If you’re at one of the events we’re attending this season and want to talk through what AI visibility means for your property, come find us.

Let’s meet:
Milan, 23 October at the Luxury Hospitality Conference London, 3-5 November at World Travel Market

Independent hoteliers are truly on an other level and they showed it again the the Independent Hotel Show London.

 Some key takeaways:

🎈 👑 Independent hoteliers are madly focused on guest experience: not just the human service, but all the invisible touch points, the scents in the lobby and in the rooms, the quality of the sheets, the cutlery, the dining options.

👌 🤌 This determination to be with guests and welcome them, is often undermined by all the admin: accounts reconciliation takes 6 hours a day, the General Managers and Assistants GMs still have stacks of spreadsheet to go through every morning, HR and Procurement have payroll, dozens of resumes and invoices to go through manually.

🤖 🔃 Independent hoteliers are more curious about AI for automation: when you don’t have the scale, an AI agent is a real added value to the team. Our agent Charles has an 98% success rate for reconciliation of accounts. It means you have a couple of members on your accounting team that now have full days to deeply work on the cash flow.

Our HR agent can answer all payroll questions, and is personal data compliant. Added bonus, all these agents communicate to each other, and have access to the same knowledge base, your unique course of truth, which means they don’t hallucinate and only stay within those guardrails.

Thank you, Independent Hotel Show of London.

Two days, a lot of honest conversations, and a clear reminder that independent hoteliers want practical answers, not more future-sounding buzzwords.

One key takeaway is that point solutions solve one problem and sit alone in one system. For an independent hotel, it means the team spends time managing tools, instead of the guests. Give agents unfettered access to an LLM and you add risk of hallucination and data leakage.

Our Unified Platform is built to remove that. Integrations with your PMS, RMS, CRM, finance systems, and all your other acronyms platforms. The connectors are configured to your rules. The agents follow a Knowledge Base you control. A Unified Inbox that shows every guest interaction and gives you back control with one click.

Any agent is a great entry point. The team working together is the difference.

If we didn’t get to speak in London, we’re still happy to! Just reach out.

The challenge for independent luxury hotels is not simply how to become more efficient. It’s how to become more efficient without losing the individuality and human connection that made guests choose them in the first place.” says Christina Deeny, Luxury Hospitality Strategist.
Zoe Cazaubon and Christina Deeny are giving consultations today and tomorrow for the independent hotels coming to Independent Hotel Show London.

Hospitality is a human business, first and foremost. AI adoption is all the more crucial for independents who need scale without the capacity. Our Unified Platform is especially attractive for independent hotels: imagine an agentic layer that runs throughout your systems, with one source of truth, to unify your inbox, your guest profile, your booking layer. And after the guest has gone, reconciles payments and transaction. Our agents work together as a team - we even give them name. They integrate seamlessly in your processes. Our goal is to free your team from mundane tasks, so that they can focus on being presents with the guests.

If you want to see how a small, connected team of AI agents can take the busywork off an independent hotel’s plate without a six‑month IT project behind it, get in touch for a no pitch, 20 min chat.

AI is everywhere, but we’re building one category that hospitality AI has been missing: one connected team of agents, on one operating layer, instead of a dozen disconnected tools and agents working within the limits of your software.

If “AI visibility” and “AI workers for hospitality” become the terms hotel leaders reach for by default, that’s not an accident, that’s the whole point of the Unified Platform.

Tomorrow, we’re at the Independent Hotel Show in London with @Christina Deeny. Christina’s career spans decade working with luxury hotels, and in 2026, she sees AI as complimenting what independent properties can offer: “Independent hotels shouldn’t invest in AI because it’s fashionable. They should invest where it solves a genuine problem, saves their team time or gives them capabilities they couldn’t otherwise afford.”

If you own or run an independent property, book a meeting, we’d love to hear what’s actually slowing your team down day to day and keeping you up night by night

That’s a wrap on the Destination AI Forum.

Thank you to everyone we met in Washington DC, asked sharp questions about agentic AI, and pushed our thinking on what “agentic AI” should actually mean for hotels, spas and restaurants.

One question came back often: “Do we have to rip and replace?”

No. Our priority is to work seamlessly with your existing infrastructure: PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, finance. We do the heavy lifting on integration and build connectors that are configured to your rules and your environment.

Leo goes live in days with no integration at all, just like Iris. When you’re ready to go deeper, the rest of the team plugs into the same platform.

Faster time to value, and no disruption to the systems your hotel already runs on.

We’re live at the Destination AI Forum in Washington DC today and tomorrow.

We represent what we believe is the path to real ROI for hospitality AI. Most hotel tech solves one problem in isolation. One software for AI search and SEO, an add-on for chat, a tool for reporting, and Revenue AI agents but it sits inside your RMS only. Each tool is fenced from your other systems and from each other.

Hotelworld AI is built differently: a team of agents, each with a clear role, working together with your staff on one Unified Platform.

Find us at Destination AI, where we are talking through what happens when hotel AI agents actually work together instead of living in separate silos, and showing what that looks like on a real property.

10 days to go until the Independent Hotel Show.

For independent and small‑group hoteliers, our stand will be less about a product demo and more about a straight conversation: where is AI actually worth your time right now, and where isn’t it yet? Come with your hardest question.

We’re proud to announce that Filip Boyen, Co-Founder of Hotelworld AI, will host a panel at the Luxury Hospitality Conference in Milan on guest experiences in the world of ultra-luxury hotels.

“Experiences are expected these days. True luxury is about crafting moments that linger and are remembered, we need to move beyond service to emotional connections. Our guests consume with a high level of emotions, experiences to live and share, rather than own.” says Filip Boyen, adding that AI is not incompatible with luxury, quite the contrary: “AI can be an amplifier for empathy. It can anticipate guests’ needs before, during and after their stay”

Luxury hospitality has always been about truly human service. Our view is that AI’s job in a luxury property is to protect that, by clearing away the admin so your team has more time for the guest standing in front of them, not less.

Each of our agents earns their place alone: clear benefit, clear ROI, no dependency on the rest of the team.

But that’s not actually the interesting part. Put them on the Unified Platform together and the value compounds: Leo brings the guest, Iris tells you what to charge them, Claire converts the enquiry, Martin makes sure the GM knows why it all worked. One agent helps. A team, on one platform, changes what’s possible.

Zoe Cazaubon and Christina Deeny will present this approach at the Independent Hotel Show in London on the 6th of October.

If you run an independent property or a small group, you don’t have a tech team to spend six months on an integration project. That’s exactly who we built Hotelworld AI for: agents that go live in days, seamlessly integrate in your existing systems, talk to each other, and that get out of the way of the job your team is already doing well.

We’ll be at the show talking through what that looks like for independent nbd boutique properties.
More details soon.

One week out from the Destination AI Forum. We come with our team: twelve AI agents connected together via the Universal Platform.

If you’re heading to Washington DC for the show and want 20 minutes to talk through AI visibility, guest experience automation, or what an orchestrated team of hotel agents actually looks like day to day -> send us a message and we’ll find a slot before the agenda fills up.

The Unified Platform integrates with the hotel infrastructure you already run; PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, finance… So agents aren’t working from a separate, disconnected picture of your property. They’re working from the same one your team already trusts.

The team at Hotelworld AI is busy this autumn.
We will be attending the Destination AI Forum in Washington DC, the Independent Hotel Show in London, the Luxury Hospitality Conference in Milan and the World Travel Market in London in November.

We strongly believe that agentic AI in hospitality only makes sense if agents collaborate with each other, throughout your existing system, and with easy integration.

We look forward to exchanging ideas on the future of hospitality, and we’re looking forward to connecting! by @hotelworldai
