Your experience as a diabetic is meant to be shared, and we want to hear from YOU!

So many of us carry things we’ve never actually said out loud (burnout, the scary lows, etc.). But the truth is, sharing your story helps take the power away from the shame and reminds all of us that we’re not alone in this wild life with diabetes.

That’s why we created The Hotline and Off The Hook — two anonymous ways to share your story with the diabesties!

The Hotline is where you can actually say it out loud (bc trust us, it feels amazing)! Leave us an anonymous voicemail about whatever’s on your heart. A story, something you’ve been carrying, a question, a rant, or something you need advice on. There’s something so powerful about hearing yourself say it out loud and getting it off your chest. Call (704)-412-9855 (it goes straight to voicemail btw lol).

Off The Hook is for the wild story times! The chaotic, “you literally can’t make this up” diabetes moments that deserve their own moment. You can use the anonymous write-in form (linked in our bio) to submit your craziest experiences.

Nothing is too random, too dramatic, or too niche. We want to hear your story and we’re so grateful you’re willing to share it with us💖

Yes, we briefly ghosted you (ooopssss) but we needed to take a little rest.

The pursuit of a well balanced life as an ambitious (read: hot) diabetic is an interesting journey… and we learned that grind seasons need rests seasons so we gave ourselves one.
