THREE meats, FIVE sides… Chico wasn’t letting me leave hungry! 🤣🔥

@northcalgrill invited me out for ribs, a chicken leg quarter, and a hot link, with mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and two rolls. That’s a whole BBQ lineup! 🍖🙌

Went looking for a toothbrush… came back with ribs and brisket 🤣🔥

Stayed at @goldcountrycasinoresort and a walk to the gas station turned into a stop at @bigbsbbq23. The smell had me waiting for him to get everything ready—I HAD to try it 😂

Got the ribs & brisket combo with dirty rice, baked beans, and his house-made Munster Sauce and spicy BBQ sauce. He knocked this plate out the park! 🙌🏽 The dirty rice could use a lil more seasoning, but overall this was a solid unexpected find.

Eureka! might’ve just served me one of the CRAZIEST plates of fries I’ve had in a minute 🤯🍟

Pulled up to @eurekaroseville and this food definitely came out looking like they meant business 😂🔥 Between the fully loaded fries and that stacked burger, there was A LOT going on with this meal.

But looking good and actually tasting good are two different things… 👀

🥩 Tri-tip, brie & Dutch crunch?! Say less. 🤤

Pulled up to @hopriot in Wheatland to see what the food was hittin’ for and tried their Firestarter — thin-sliced tri-tip on a crispy Dutch crunch roll with caramelized onion jam, creamy brie, arugula and fire-roasted tomatoes. 🔥🥩

They also poured me a Taco Truck Lager 🍺 and a Cucumber Crush 🍸 vodka cocktail to wash it down.

Definitely wasn’t expecting this kind of lineup from a neighborhood wine & beer lounge 👀 Y’all been to Hop Riot yet?

Date night took us to @goldcountrycasinoresort 🎰🔥 and we ended up at Game Tyme Sports Bar & Grille for dinner!

I went with the Gold Country Signature Burger — bacon, brisket, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles. 🍔🔥 Burger was JUICY and delicious! Only complaint was it got a little messy with everything sliding around, but flavor-wise they did their thing.

For my side I got the seasoned fries, which are actually spiral cut 👀🍟 Fried PERFECT, nice and crispy. I did have to hit them with a little salt & pepper, but overall they were still really good.

Great food, great date night. Gold Country might have a sleeper in Game Tyme 👀🔥

Me & the homie pulled up to House of Pizza in Marysville to try their lunch buffet! 🍕🔥

It runs from 11AM–2PM and came out to around $16 & some change after tax… only problem was we got there with about 20 MINUTES LEFT 😭🤣

So you already know we put MAXIMUM EFFORT into getting our money’s worth 💀🍕😂

But I gotta say… this was probably the BEST buffet pizza I’ve ever had. I was not expecting that kind of quality from a lunch buffet at all. Everything we tried was hittin’! 🔥

Next time we gotta show up at 11 and really put that buffet to the test 😂

@tacobell brought the Naked Chicken Chalupa back from the dead for their Retro Decades Menu… and they might’ve been better off leaving this one in the past 😭🤣

🌮 NAKED CHICKEN CHALUPA REVIEW 🌮

First off… that fried chicken shell was tearing up the roof of my mouth like a bowl of Captain Crunch 💀

Second… HOW does something with a shell literally made out of CHICKEN somehow feel vegetarian?? 😂 There’s no meat inside, so every bite had my brain waiting for the actual taco to show up.

And then you got the lettuce sitting inside that hot chicken shell getting wilted and sad almost immediately 😭

The concept is crazy. The nostalgia is there.

The execution? ROUGH. 🤣

Taco Bell… I see why this one stayed in the vault for a minute.

🔥 BEST WINGS IN YUBA CITY CHALLENGE — PART 3 🔥

This time we pulled up to Wing Zone to see if they’ve got a real shot at taking the crown. 👑🍗

I grabbed the Lemon Pepper Tajin Wings 🌶️🍋 but the real wildcard was something you won’t even see on the menu…

👀 “CRISPY” STYLE WINGS

You have to order these IN STORE, and they’re basically a Korean-inspired, extra-crispy style wing with a dredged coating. I went with Thai Chili for the flavor and that crunch was SERIOUS. 🔥

We still have more Yuba City spots to hit before I decide who officially has the BEST WINGS IN THE CITY. 🏆
