New on our shelves: Hot Sap 🌶️🍁 Pure Vermont maple syrup meets cobanero and ghost pepper, made right down the road in Danby. Drizzle it on pizza, brush it on meats, or pair it with cheese. Sweet heat for every craving, now at the co-op! by @hotsapmaple

POV: You try Hot Sap for the first time 🤤 The reactions never get old… and neither do the ideas for what to put it on! What would you try it on first? by @hotsapmaple
Save this one for your next party! Bacon-Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Hot Sap Ingredients (makes 24): * 24 Medjool dates * 4 oz goat cheese (or feta, blue cheese, or another creamy cheese) * 6 slices of bacon * 2–3 tbsp Hot Sap spicy maple syrup, plus extra for dipping Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. 3. Stuff each date with goat cheese. 4. Cut each slice of bacon into 4 strips and wrap one around each date. 5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15–20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. 6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with Hot Sap. 7. Broil for another minute until the bacon is crispy and the maple starts to caramelize. Keep a close eye on them! 8. Serve warm with extra Hot Sap for dipping. Sweet, salty, creamy, crispy, with just a little kick. Perfect for holiday parties, game day, or just an excuse to have people over 🙃 by @hotsapmaple
Some stores are extra special to us! @northshirebooks has been a family favorite of ours for years. We’ve spent COUNTLESS hours browsing the shelves and rarely leave empty-handed. Getting to see Hot Sap on their shelves is pretty exciting. If you haven’t visited this incredible bookstore in Manchester, VT, you’re missing out! Oh, and show your own local independent bookstores some love too ☺️ by @hotsapmaple

First market in the books! We had a blast at the Dorset Fall Festival today. So many friendly faces, lots of first-time Hot Sap tasters, and some pretty great reactions! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi, tried a sample, or took a bottle home. We love getting to share Hot Sap with our local community! by @hotsapmaple
After watching them make a Hot Sap Cap, obviously I had to try it. I’ll admit, I was skeptical! Spicy coffee?! But the heat comes through almost like cinnamon: warm, cozy, with just a little tingle. Perfect for fall. Well done, @mettoweemint! by @hotsapmaple
