I’ve slowly learnt that you can’t train hard all of the time if you don’t recover hard too! Whether that be your sleep, your nutrition or in this case your physical recovery it all plays a huge part in not just your training but life in general.

They’re currently offering 1/2 priced sessions so you’d be a fool not to try them out this week!

Only in Britain could you buy a hot tub and then spend the next six months explaining to people that YES, you can use it in the rain.

In fact, it's rather lovely in the rain.

And the snow.

And on those freezing cold evenings when you can see your breath.

You don't have to wait for a heatwave.

It's literally a tub full of hot water.

Although getting out when it's minus three is another matter entirely.

That's when you discover how quickly you can move. by @hottubsrock

Hot. Cold. Hot. Cold. Why is everyone suddenly talking about contrast therapy?

Well, it's actually nothing new.

Moving between hot and cold temperatures has been part of wellness traditions in various cultures for centuries.

Think Finnish saunas followed by a cold plunge.

The heat encourages blood vessels near the skin to widen, while the cold causes them to narrow. It's quite a sensation!

People often describe feeling incredibly refreshed and invigorated afterwards.

Research is still developing around the longer-term health benefits, but one thing is certain: it's become a hugely popular part of modern wellness routines.

And with home saunas and ice baths becoming more accessible, you don't necessarily need to visit a spa to enjoy the experience.

Have you tried an ice bath yet, or is that a step too far? 🥶 by @hottubsrock
