Here’s a spicy Upper Body + Core workout for ya 🌶️ be sure to save for your next upper body day 💌

Workout Deets
Circuit 1
1️⃣ BB BO Row - pronated 4x8
2️⃣ DB Bird Dog Crunch 4x8/8
3️⃣ 65 degree Incline db Y raise 4x8
Circuit 2
1️⃣ Db lateral raise to front raise 4x8
2️⃣ Push Up to Alt Toe Touch x8
3️⃣ Bicep Curl x6 into Hamemr Curl x6
Finisher
1️⃣ OH plate standing knee raises 2x20
2️⃣ 1/2 kneeling plate chops 2x10/10

**with these lower reps, really make sure to push yourself with the weight** obviously while keeping good form ⚡️

A few months ago, I couldn’t do a single pull-up.

After a major car accident in 2019, I was left with a traumatic brain injury, torn ligaments, herniated discs, and nerve damage. Every time I tried to work out, I got hurt. I lost strength. I lost confidence. I lost a piece of myself.

But then I met Coach Cam—and everything changed.

She’s been helping me train safely, rebuild strength, and start feeling like me again.

And we realized: so many women in Jacksonville need that same kind of support.

That’s why we created Peach Power Hour.

A lower body workout and wellness night for women of every fitness level. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you’re already on your journey—we want you there. To feel strong. To feel seen. To feel supported.

It’s happening this Tuesday 5/20/25 from 6-7:30 PM at Jax Mini Sessions Studio. Local wellness businesses, giveaways, goodie bags, and a room full of women cheering each other on.
