Weekend calls for a scrumptious meal .. Saturday cravings satiated with manglorean delicacy " KORI GASSI & IDLI" Kori gassi means Chicken curry in manglore and is made with freshly extracted coconut milk and homemade masalas. This combination is a favourite with my family and friends.

Tea doesn't require a perfect setting ,but if by chance you get to enjoy a cup tea overlooking the snow capped mountains it definitely makes it even more special.Thandi hawa aur garam chai can create a magical vibe in ur body and you would want to denounce everything back in the city and reside permanently in the country. These kind of thoughts are always on mind whenever I take a break from the routine away from the hustle bustle of the city life.Taking an occasional Break to reenergize oneself is a must, taking a break from technology is a detox we all need. This was one trip where I had zero network and trust me I couldn't ask for more 😀😀

People make memories..I made momories😂😂
The amount and variety of momos I had in MacLeodganj were by far the best in taste , super cheap and made out of freshest ingredients. One thing I couldn't miss out noticing is the genuineness that people in Himachal have towards serving food. They may take time to get your order, but once it's there u can be assured about the quality and taste.Macleodganj is a cultural mix of the local himachali and the Tibetan community who coexist with each other in absolute harmony. This Harmony has given birth to some of the most delectable delicacies which reflect the culture of the Tibetians and the calmness of the people of valley.Simple food, simple lifestyle and most importantly content faces..I can definitely say that u might go as a tourist, but will certainly return as a traveller
*In frame are spinach- cheese momos and potato - cheese momos
