As the chilly air nips at our skin, we find ourselves turning inward, seeking comfort in the warming memories of our recent collaboration with the incredible local talent at the @onestrawsociety Tiny Farm, Big Table fundraiser.

We brought the streets of Mumbai to Roberts Creek with our vegetarian samosas, infused with aromatic spices and flaky pastry.
✨
The selection of dipping sauces accompanying the savoury samosas was a true delight for the senses. First there was the sweet and tangy imli, or tamarind chutney. Then the sweet mango chutney, which offered a burst of fresh, fruity flavour with shredded mango; but perhaps the most captivating of the trio was the vibrant green chutney, a spicy concoction made from an array of fresh herbs, chillies and coconut.

Our team at @house_of_mistry has been notably absent from our usual Instagram updates lately, and for good reason-we’ve been hard at work!

One of the things we have done in the last month was cater a stunning wedding at the picturesque @rockwatersecretcoveresort

This breathtaking seaside venue provided the perfect backdrop for showcasing House of Mistry’s culinary talents, as we crafted our signature triangular delicacies-Samosas.

These flaky pastry pockets, stuffed with an aromatic blend of spiced vegetables delighted the guests with their harmonious flavours and satisfying crispy texture.
The culinary team did not stop there - we also proudly catered an authentic Indian street food, Pani Puri.

These delicate, fried puri shells are filled with a mixture of lentils, herbs, and spices, and then drenched in a flavourful spiced water that adds a spicy pop to each bite. The combination of crisp puri, the savoury filling and aromatic pani created a sensational flavour!
