We’re at High Point Market! 🤎

So many beautiful things are catching our eye while we’re here! From incredible furniture and fabrics to thoughtful details, craftsmanship, and all the inspiration in between. There is SO much to love!

One of my favorite parts of what we do at House Sprucing is getting to see, touch, and experience the pieces we bring into our clients’ homes. The comfort, the quality, and all the little details that make a home not only beautiful but feel just as good!

Tyson and I have also been dreaming up some really exciting things for House Sprucing, meeting with our vendors, and finding so much inspiration for our clients’ homes and showroom. So many fun things ahead!

I’ll be sharing lots of our favorite finds, design inspiration, things we’re loving, and behind-the-scenes moments over the next few days. Come along with us!

And if you’re dreaming up a home of your own, we’d love to help bring it to life! You can inquire about our interior design services through the link in our bio. We’d love to help you! 🤎

This week's inspiration is all about rich colors, beautiful textures, and spaces that aren't afraid to make a statement.

From that gorgeous golden velvet sofa and layered patterns to dramatic wood-paneled walls, moody offices, and unexpected color combinations, we're loving interiors that feel warm, collected, and full of personality.

Proof that timeless design doesn't have to play it safe. ✨

Which space are you saving this week?

This home is all about finding the perfect balance between bold design moments and inviting, everyday living.

From the rich navy built-ins and statement lighting to the warm wood accents, beautifully layered furnishings, and dreamy primary suite, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to make this home feel both elevated and comfortable.

We especially love how the mix of textures, finishes, and classic silhouettes gives each room its own personality while creating a cohesive feel throughout.

Because beautiful design should never come at the expense of feeling right at home. ✨

Which space would you choose: the moody sitting room, the bright and airy kitchen, or the cozy primary suite?

Three growing boys—one room!

When I designed the Boys Bunk Room, I wanted to create a space that felt playful and imaginative, but also thoughtful in the way it functions for our family.

From the custom built-in bunks and rich green color palette to the collected treasures, vintage finds & little details that make each space their own, so much intention went into bringing this room to life.

Today on the blog, I’m sharing a closer look at the design decisions behind Chapter Five of the Fujikawa Home Remodel, along with a few of my favorite tips for creating a children’s space that’s both beautiful & made for real life!

Head to the House Sprucing blog to take a peak behind the design of our boys bunk room.✨

Step into Chapter Five of our home remodel: The Boys Bunk Room.

When Tyson and I started dreaming about this room, one thing felt especially important to us: creating a space where the boys could grow up together.

Dax, River & Crew are so close in age, and I love knowing that some of their most ordinary childhood moments will happen right here—talking across their bunks when they should be sleeping, reading, laughing, playing, saying prayers together and waking up in the same room each morning.

So when I designed the Boys Bunk Room, I wanted the room itself to become part of those memories. The custom built-in bunks give each boy a space of his own, while the deep green color drenching, plaid @york_wallcoverings wallpaper, @beddysbeds bedding and layers of nautical details create this warm, collected little world around them.

But my favorite pieces are the ones that tell our family’s story—Tyson’s childhood trophies and Boy Scout uniform, the vintage rug we found while living in Italy, collected artwork and a little sailboat Tyson and I bought as newlyweds for the children we hoped we would someday have.

Those are the layers that make this room so much more than a beautifully designed space to me. It’s the backdrop to their childhood, and I hope someday they look back and remember just how special it was to grow up here together.

Long live boyhood. 🤎

The Edit, our October chapter. 🤎

Lately, the thread running through it all has been connection. With people, with our team, and with the art and design that inspire what we create next. France filled me with inspiration, from timeless interiors and exteriors to color palettes discovered at Versailles, where we were sketching for an exciting launch coming spring 2027! A little peek for now, so much more to come!

A small-group gathering with Joanna Gaines and fellow design industry leaders brought a meaningful chance to connect with a centered woman I’ve long admired. Her reminder to pause and celebrate the everyday wins is one I’m carrying home.

At Dallas Design Week, our team learned, explored, and discovered together. Think landscape grasscloth details, handmade coffee tables from Mexico, sculptural sectionals, and beautiful mixes of pattern and color.

We’re also sharing a first glimpse of The Lakeview Project, a layered, dynamic lake house designed for an incredible DFW family. We can’t wait to show you more.

And at home, a little Halloween magic with @mymindseyeinc , and House Sprucing touches. Meeting my family where we are and enjoying this sweet stage of childhood magic.

Swipe through, then settle into the full Edit on our blog through the link in bio!

Inspired to create a home you feel connected to? Our incredible design team is here to help. Call 214-471-0917, inquire through the design services link in our bio, or DM us. We’d love to hear what you’re dreaming about and help it become a reality for you!
