The day after my birthday usually feels like a emotional hangover. A busy day filled with wants, expectations, and emotions of becoming a year old. This year I wanted things to be different. Intention and connection. Spent the day slow exploring places I’ve been to a million times but with fresh 26 year old eyes and finishing the day spending time to connect with myself and people I love the most and most importantly my mom.

My husband has always said he wished he spent more birthdays with his mom. I think a lot about how my birthday was also the day our spirits got to meet again here on earth and how special it is for both of us not just me.

Footzoning found me. My friend shaelee shared where she went to school and 2 days later I was signed up to start learning in a week. I was 20 weeks pregnant and starting something new not sure where it would take me. Well it lead me right back home to help heal my family.
