This is not hobby training. It is high-level, hands-on cosmetic tattoo education for artists who want to become confident, booked-out and premium in their work. At HB Academy, we train artists who take their craft and career seriously. Artists who want to be known for quality, not price. Six course options, from two-day intensives through to our Ultimate Cosmetic Tattoo Mastery covering all four techniques. Every course runs with a maximum of two students, in our luxury clinic, with live models, a fully loaded kit to take home, and lifetime access to our student community. You leave HB Certified. You leave with a framework to follow. You leave knowing exactly what to do next. Swipe to see what is included and who trains with us. Comment TRAINING and I will send through the course options, pricing, and upcoming dates, or help you book a free discovery call to find the course that fits where you are at. #pmu #houseofbrows #pmutraining #pmuartists by @houseofbrows__
What is holding most artists back is not their potential. It is their skill gap. The difference between guessing your way through a procedure and performing it with full confidence comes down to one thing: how well you were taught. HB Academy Online is built to close that gap. Expert-led, designed to replicate a one-on-one training experience, and structured so you can launch or expand your skills around the rest of your life. We do not promise overnight success. We build careers that last. Swipe to see the three core courses and seven ways to train. Comment “ONLINE” and I will help you find the one that fits where you are at. #onlinetraining #pmu #pmutattoo #training by @houseofbrows__
Most artists think the reason they are not further ahead is skill. Skill alone is not the issue. The skilled artists I mentor already know how to do the work. What they are missing is the brand, the positioning, and the authority that makes them the obvious choice in their market. That is the difference between being busy and being booked at the level you actually want to be at. PMU Authority is the six-month mentorship built to close that gap. Swipe to see the real problem, the shift, and how we get you there. Comment “PMUA” or apply via the link in bio. #pmu #mentorship #pmuartists #growth #pmuartists by @houseofbrows__
Last week I had the absolute pleasure of teaching @ellakosterrr Ombre Brows and Lip Blush. Not only is Ella a professional NRLW player for the @nrl_dragons, she is also heavily involved in community work and is constantly giving her time and energy back to other people. Most people with a career like that would tell you they're too busy to take on anything else, and everyone would understand. But Ella decided to learn cosmetic tattooing so she can also build her own beauty business down the track. With all that being said, Ella is one of the most humble women I've met in a long time. She listened, she asked questions, she applied her new knowledge and skills, and left with a brand-new skill set and another career opportunity that I have no doubt she will excel at. That is what real commitment to your growth looks like: being exceptional at what you already do, but still being willing to sit down as a beginner and learn something new because you're always striving to reach your full potential. Ella is proof that you don't have to wait for the right time. You just have to take action. So proud of you Ella! You were an absolute pleasure to spend two days with, and I can't wait to see what you do with this in the future. by @houseofbrows__
Most clinic owners I speak to can tell me how busy they are, but very few can tell me the number their clinic needs to make every single week. That was the first thing we worked out with my private client. Once she knew her break-even, every week had a target, every Monday had a money date, and every decision came back to that number, including where her team was leaving money on the table at the end of each treatment. She didn't add a single thing to her menu. Last week she came in $1,324 over her break-even, and her retail doubled in seven days. Swipe through to see exactly what we changed. If your books are full but your income still swings from week to week, message me the word AUDIT and let's look at your numbers together. by @houseofbrows__
Emily’s record month did not come from chasing new clients.   She changed the way she runs her skin needling consults, so almost every one now ends with the client joining her six month Aglow membership. She finished September with 97% retention, an 85% rebook rate and more members than she has ever had, in the same hours and the same room.   If you want me to look at where your diary is leaking money, DM me the word AUDIT. by @houseofbrows__
