😴In honour of World Narcolepsy Day, here is a video I filmed almost exactly a year ago, whilst waiting for my diagnosis!!

Since then, I’ve learnt soooo much more about these symptoms (and how many more there really is), my body & the sleep disorder itself. Then, I didn’t even realise there was Type 1 & 2.

Poor girl really only had herself to talk to after nearly 9 years, but now has a teeny tiny community of sleepy girls and lots of group chats of people who ACTUALLY understand what she’s going through.

To get the diagnosis that so many aren’t fortunate enough to get **at all**…I’m so grateful.
(but cursed at the same time, let’s not forget) 💤💤😴😴🛌🛌🥱🥱
