Not a chocolate bar. A Whey Bar. Tell us below 👇 which flavour should we make next? This is the Whey. by @houseofwhey_

Meet the Whey Bar 🍫 Here’s a closer look at some of the flavours we make. Our line-up changes every month, with a mix of returning favourites and brand-new flavours, so there’s always something new to discover. Swipe through and let us know which one you’d try first 👇 This is the Whey. by @houseofwhey_
You may have noticed we’ve been quiet. Here’s why 👇 What began as a protein bakery at local events has grown into something we never imagined: the Whey Bar, now stocked by gyms across North Wales and beyond. Demand has grown faster than we ever expected, and every hour has gone into baking. Promoting ourselves had to wait, but we haven’t gone anywhere. We’ve been building something bigger. Our approach is simple: flavour over calories. Many protein bars are designed around a number. Ours is designed around taste. Slightly more calories, the same protein goal, and a bar that’s genuinely worth looking forward to. Handmade in North Wales, never factory made. Our mission is to become the leading Whey Bar in gyms across North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside and beyond. Thank you for your continued support. This is only the beginning. This is the Whey. 🍫 by @houseofwhey_

Forget lembas bread 🍞— House of Whey bars are the real fuel for the journey. ⚔️🛡️ One bar to fuel the workout, One bar to find the drive, One bar to bring the power, And in the grind, define them. by @houseofwhey_
12 Hours of Hope 💪 Sellout event. Brilliant community. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Ridiculous amounts of bakes demolished. Every penny raised for osbornetrust — supporting kids whose parents have terminal cancer. Couldn’t be prouder to be part of it. Also got a good laugh while I was there, had a water fight and a great day out overall — all for a great cause! 😂 Big thank you to every lovely person who came down and showed up. You know who you are. 🙌 Let’s work out. Let’s give hope. Please check the link 🔗 ❤️ by @houseofwhey_
