Shelter is where safety becomes possible, hope takes root, and healing can begin.

360 Communities is building a new and improved Lewis House shelter — a safe place for those experiencing domestic and sexual violence here in Dakota County and throughout the state for generations to come.

This fall we are hitting a momentous milestone — we are breaking ground!

You are invited to a Groundbreaking Celebration on Monday, October 19th at Union 32 Craft House in Eagan.

Celebrate with the donors, partners, and community members who have made this project possible. We hope you will join us as we take this extraordinary next step together and invite more supporters into the mix.

When: Monday, October 19, 4pm - 7pm
Where: Union 32 Craft House, 2864 Highway 55, Eagan, MN 55121
Who: All community members

Please consider bringing a friend interested in learning more and supporting this campaign!

You'll have the opportunity to learn Lewis House history, find out more about the new build, meet our project partners, and participate in a mosaic project. There will be a cash bar and cash food service.

This Is What Your Support Makes Possible:

• More Room, More Safety: Increasing capacity from 23 to 50 beds so more survivors and children can find a place to stay.

• Privacy & Dignity: Apartment-style living units will give families space to be together and begin healing in an environment that feels more like home.

• Support Under One Roof: A dedicated Survivor Support Center will provide trauma-informed advocacy and services to help survivors move forward.

• No Family Left Behind: Pet-friendly spaces will help remove a common barrier that can prevent survivors from leaving an unsafe situation.

Your support is helping create more than a new shelter. You are helping build a place where a survivor can close the door behind them and know they are safe. Where a child can sleep peacefully. Where families can rebuild their lives with privacy and dignity.

Today marked an exciting milestone in St. Cloud as we cut the ribbon at @avivomn Village – St. Cloud! 🏠💙

We’re grateful to everyone who helped bring this 48-bed, low-barrier supportive housing shelter to life, including @bci.construction and @schwieterscompanies.

This project is proof of what’s possible when great partners come together with a shared purpose. Together, we’re building more than housing—we’re creating stability, opportunity, and brighter futures for those who need it most.

It was a perfect day celebrating our Foundation’s 14th Annual Building Futures Golf Classic. ⛳️

The Fall Parade of Homes is officially underway, putting Minnesota’s homebuilding industry on display across the Twin Cities and Rochester area.

Hundreds of new homes are opening their doors, showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, and expertise of Minnesota’s homebuilding industry. For nearly 80 years, the Parade of Homes has connected Minnesotans with the builders and communities shaping the future of homeownership across our state, creating a direct connection between the work we do and the people we do it for.
