How Can I? Create social entrepreneurs and change school culture? 💰🏛

The results speak for themselves. Because these students were empowered to use their
voices, Councilman Charles Baron secured $1.5 MILLION in funding to completely redesign the P.S. 346 playground! 🥳🎉

This project completely transformed the school culture. Students didn’t just get a new place to play, they gained firsthand insight into the political process, fundraising, and how to create tangible change in their neighborhoods.

As Aiden beautifully puts it: “If you put your mind to it, you can do anything you want to do.“

This is the exact framework we bring to schools through the How Can I? program. We trade traditional worksheets for real-world projects that give students an alternative pathway to graduation and success.

How Can I? Prepare my students for real-world careers? 🎙💼

Real learning happens outside the textbook. To solve their playground problem, the students at P.S. 346 didn’t just complain, they went to work. 🛠
Over several months, these young leaders learned how to: 📈 Analyze community data
🎥 Script and produce a professional video PSA
🎙 Record a podcast interview with local officials
🏛 Confidently pitch their ideas to Councilman Charles Baron.

By treating the school’s needs as a hands-on business project, these students mastered elite communication and digital media skills before even stepping foot into high school.
