Big testing day yesterday at @goperform
Jumping on the plates (forgotten actual name) compares the power used through both legs and compares results to find an avergae across 3 attempts. Ideally, the power difference should be less than 10% for injury prevention - Erin at 8% (pro athletes should be below 4%), so not bad at all 👏

Single leg hops off of plate on the plate and stabilising test (again not the actual name) Left let 0.59 and right 0.94 - rehab leg stabilising quicker - win

Nordic thing-a-me-bob- the falling on your face video. The graph shows right leg in red, left (rehab) in blue. Demonstrating hamstring power through the leg. Usually, the line are fairly smooth but normal for them to be less smooth post iniury/surgery. Naturally everyone will have a lightly stronger leg - think dominant leg in footie etc. Really good signs of evening out, amoothing out and very positive at this point of recovery.
Hop lengths - basically insane and further in the left leg so big 👍

She is NEARLY there. Utterly buzzing after her hard session yesterday because she can really see light at the end of this 1yr+ tunnel. It's been dark at times but she's powered through.

She has blown me away this year... She is SO determined and brave.

She has been to training sessions and games even though she hasn't been able to join in, she's sobbed on her way home more than once because she misses her game. She's battled the frustration and doubts at every single point. She's picked herself up and insisted on going again and again and again.

She's smashing her rehab even though it's bloody hard and all of the above with a smile, gratitude, and humility.

To me, she is super human.

She's also very unimpressed with Naymar and the fuss he's made during his recovery!! She thinks he's scaring people unnecessarily and it's made her cross 😆

Ethan has been selected to play for The Lucy Rayner Foundation football team for the next year. I believe I am right in saying he is the yougest player across the two teams.

This charity was born after my incredible friends Jenny and Stuart lost their beautiful daughter, Lucy, to suicide. They support hundreds of young people in our area with mental health issues and have recently been involved in the Baton of Hope raising awareness for suicide prevention. They have given selflessly, as a whole family, to try and make sure no one is ever alone in their journey and to try and prevent other families experiencing their devastating loss.

The main aim for Ethan is to raise awareness of this charity but if you could also sponsor him even a single £1 (basically a Mars bar) he would be eternally grateful. Please make sure to add his name to the donation comment.
