How Far My Guy is a movement that sees, hears, and strengthens men.

Born out of a deep passion to remind men and boys of their value, it exists as a steady voice of encouragement in a world that often demands strength from men but rarely gives them space to be vulnerable, honest, or supported.

We stand on values of honesty, brotherhood, empathy, value building, consistency, and capacity building. The movement exists to bridge the emotional, mental, and moral gaps many men face, while helping them grow into men of substance and direction.

Sometimes, plans change. And while we would have loved to see you on September 26th, our Men’s Health & Prostate Cancer Awareness Outreach has been postponed by one week.

Our new date is Saturday, 3rd October 2026.

The mission remains the same: creating a space where men can learn, ask questions, get informed, and take their health seriously.

As medical students who believe that healthcare shouldn’t stop at the hospital walls, AMSUL is joining us to bring the right information closer to the community; making room for honest conversations, better health choices, and a crucial reminder to pay attention to your body.

Being a man doesn’t mean ignoring the things happening in your body. It means knowing when to pay attention, asking the right questions, and taking responsibility for your health.

On September 26th, the How Far My Guy Initiative, in collaboration with *Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area*, is bringing men together for our Men’s Health & Prostate Cancer Awareness Outreach

We’ll be offering free prostate cancer screening (PSA tests), free health checks, one-on-one consultations with healthcare professionals, and practical men’s health education; plus raffle draws, games, giveaways, networking, refreshments and so much more.
