There’s an entire industry built to monetize your curiosity, and it’s working. But Paul had a phrase for this two thousand years ago, and it wasn’t a compliment: myths and endless genealogies.

The Bible never claims all conspiracies are fake. Scripture records dozens of them. The warning isn’t about whether plots exist. It’s about what happens to you when you chase them.

Our stay at Lake Hawkins was exactly what we were hoping for. Slow days, sitting on the covered dock in the mornings, listening to the sounds of nature, exploring small towns, crushing local trivia night, and actually making some great new friends. More Vegas pics. We went inside the Bellagio to the conservatory and botanical gardens and it was so beautiful. I didn't realize they change this up every few months or so. We also went to the pinball Hall of Fame Museum and that did not disappoint my Gen X heart. There were probably six long rows of pinball machines dating back to the early 1900s and you could play all of them! We even found our favorite video game, Joust, and Howie got the high score for the day. taken in The Conservatory at the Bellagio by @howiesmith

We met up with family in Las Vegas over the weekend and had a great trip. Noah and Andi were even able to join us! We went to see the Blue Man Group and Tape Face (from AGT). I even got called up as a volunteer at the tape face show. The kids got to go in the secret VIP puma 48 club at the puma store and also rode the roller coaster at the New York New York hotel. Some of the family did an escape room and we walked down to the fountain at the forum shops at Caesars and took a family picture. This is the exact same spot where Howie and I took a picture together about a week after we started dating. I included that photo as well and yes, I am wearing socks with my Teva sandals.
