Before anything goes vertical, there are a hundred decisions happening at ground level.

Walking the site. Reading the terrain. Moving dirt. Adjusting the plan in real time as the land starts to reveal what works and what doesn’t.

The drawings matter, but so does knowing how to respond to what’s actually in front of you.

Most people only see the finished home. We love the work that gets it there.
