👂Predstavujeme POFO.sk, zvukovú mapu bratislavských fontán, ktorá voľne nadväzuje na krátkometrážny film Ako počúvať fontány.

⛲️ Vo svojej pilotnej fáze mapa približuje prvých 13 fontán v Bratislave. Každú fontánu sprevádza originálne zvukové dielo s dĺžkou do 12 minút, doplnené o ilustráciu od @frantiska_iblova, fotografie od @mihalovaea a stručný sprievodný text o skladbe a jej autorstve.

🗣️ Cieľom zvukovej mapy je zvýšiť povedomie o dielach vo verejnom priestore, podnietiť premýšľanie o tom, ako ich vnímame a počúvame, a zároveň upozorniť na riziká a deštrukciu, ktorým tieto diela často čelia.

👣 Projekt poslucháčov pozýva na zvukové prechádzky. Tie si môžete naplánovať na našej zvukovej mape, a skladby počúvať v prítomnosti fontán (namiesto uponáhľaného posluchu cestou na električku!). Priestorové napojenie fontán a jednotlivých skladieb rozširuje domácke počúvanie a pozýva von - k fontánam.

🫂 Webová aplikácia je prepojená s projektom Umenie mesta, ktorý realizuje @galeria_mesta_bratislavy. Ide o databázu diel vo verejnom priestore, ktorú galéria založila a spravuje ako svoj vedeckovýskumný projekt od roku 2022.

⛲ Fontanny mówią "DOŚĆ!"

Ten film jest o przestrzeni publicznej. O niszczeniu kultury. I o fontannach, które mają już dość. W filmie fontanny ożywają, stają się żywymi istotami, z których każda ma własny charakter i opowiada inną historię. Zabierają głos, by ludzie je zauważyli, dostrzegli ich znaczenie i zaczęli o nie dbać. Ich bunt kończy się protestem. Co by się stało, gdyby fontanny potrafiły mówić?

This film is about public space. This film is about the destruction of culture. This film is about fountains that have had enough. In this film, the fountains come to life, they become living beings, each one has its own character and tells a different story. They speak out so that people notice them, perceive them, take care of them. Their rebellion culminates in a protest. What would happen if fountains could speak?

🇦🇺 The fountains have made it all the way to Australia!

We’re honoured to share that the Australian premiere of How to Listen to Fountains will take place at the Melbourne International Film Festival, starting this week ⛲️

🚰 The film is screening in Documentary Shorts 2, as part of MIFF’s Academy Awards®-accredited Shorts Competition. We’re incredibly happy to have the film included in a selection celebrating bold and unconventional approaches to documentary filmmaking.

Krátky experimentálny dokumentárny film 𝑨𝒌𝒐 𝒑𝒐𝒄̌𝒖́𝒗𝒂𝒕̌ 𝒇𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂́𝒏𝒚 v réžii Evy Sajanovej (SK prod. @ftf.vsmu) sa dostal do semifinále 53. ročníka študentských Oscarov v kategórii Alternative/Experimental.

Gratulujeme celému tvorivému tímu a držíme palce v ďalšom postupe!

⛲️ Thrilled to share that How to Listen to Fountains has won the Best Film Award in the Fireworks Competition at Beldocs International Documentary Film Festival.

🚿 We’re really happy that the film is finding its audience in such different contexts - from major international festivals to more experimental film gatherings, as well as documentary festivals.

👂Recieving an award at @beldocsfest feels particularly meaningful to us. Documentary practice is where we come from, even though this film is, in many ways, an attempt to question, stretch, and deconstruct documentary forms and methods.

Thank you to the Fireworks jury, the whole @beldocsfest and everyone who has accompanied our film on its journey so far. 💌 taken in Belgrade, Serbia by @howtolistentofountains
