Download ![Various works in spray paint by @hoxxoh
Hoxxoh’s official trading card, ‘PINK.PORTAL’, features in the inaugural @contemporary100 [Trading Cards] release, out now.
Created in spray paint on canvas, ‘PINK.PORTAL’ brings the visual language of Hoxxoh’s large-scale murals into a smaller format. His signature technique developed from experimenting with the mechanics of an aerosol can, using only part of its cone-shaped spray to create a single curved mark. Through repetition, that mark expands into concentric patterns that read as portals, vortexes and fields of movement. Across walls around the world, Hoxxoh scales the process up into immersive murals, using rhythm and repetition to transform architecture into shifting optical compositions.
@hoxxoh’s trading card is randomly inserted throughout the release, with Foil Parallel variations and the chance to discover a signed 1-of-1.
