New Instrument Day!
This is the Talharpa (or Tagelharpa) - a bowed lyre originating back to ancient Northern-Europe. I love the sounds you can achieve from this instrument. Cannot wait to start creating with this thing. 🎻This was made by the incredible work of @talharpa_shop_skald. Go check out his epic broad range of hand made instruments! 🌀BindRune was done by the talented artist @void.vitriol - reach out to them for some epic designs! #tagelharpa #talharpa #cello #lyre #vikings by @hpendock

Words can't explain how proud and relieved I am for this Album "REFORM" to be finally released to the world after a long and extensive wait of 9 YEARS!

It was never our intentions to start a project that would push us not only to our limit, but surpass us way beyond it. But as a result we have created something so much more than we had ever initially anticipated.

It was so challenging for all of us and the thought of going through something like that again makes my stomach drop. The saying, "we bit off more than we can chew" could only be accurate if you pictured someone running up and pie facing us all with a damn wedding cake. The transcriptions alone were intimidating to look at let alone the countless hours spent learning the tracks and getting up to speed.

Without the incredible bond Annihilist shares with one another, I have no doubt this album would never of made it. Our bond is the special ingredient that allowed us to persist through this lengthy process. I've always described being in a band like a multiple person relationship. It takes effort, compromises and sacrifices. Trust, honesty and communication. Like any relationship we have or disagreements and opposing opinions but we also Love, care and support each other unconditionally.

For all the friends, families and fans out there that have played an integral role of supporting, listening and/or encouraging us along the way, thank you all so much, it really means the world to us. I can only hope there are people out there that will feel something amongst this album as It has literally been made with Blood, Sweat and Tears.

If you haven't already, please head over to Spotify or YouTube and have a listen. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
