LINK IN BIO AND HERE THANK YOUS BELOW. ❤️ https://found.ee/SugarFree

First, thank you to everyone for listening, sharing, reposting, and commenting. Thank you to my real family, my music family, and my close friends for their support, investment, listening ear, belief, and encouragement. Thank you to my big bro @theorlandojones , the whole @gangstirrock family, our beautiful label head @karondtunis and @kmgdistribution for supporting and believing in my vision and how I want to put out my art.
Special thanks:
- To my brother @zo3hree5ive thank you for being my sounding board for theory as I worked out what was in my head. Even in the midst of making your incredible album, you were there for me and I’ll never forget it. Love you bro.
- To my brother @rapperbigpooh thank you for being a safe space to try sounds on and all the brainstorming and idea sharing.
- RIP to the great Rich Bartell. The last time I saw you was coming to the stu to play you this record, and you blessed it. ❤️🕊️
- To my brother @phontigallo thank you for the tag 😂 and just being you. It’s deeper than rap; always has been, always will be.
- A SUPER special thank you to my bro Life @integrumworks for the INCREDIBLE mix. If you’re an artist and want a real, professional mix, see that man.
- To the legend @jlbarrow thank you for allowing me access to that @nodfactor vault, for always supporting, and for being a molder and keep of the culture. We came up on your writing bro, and it’s an honor to call you a friend. Salute. 🫡💯
- Thank you to my good friend, the beautiful Deshana Cabasan @shanacabasan for her amazing voice and reflection of what beats means to her. Talk about nailing an abstract request with an absolute response. Thank you dear friend. 🫶🏾
- And thank you to my incredible, UBER talented niece @iamimani9 and my super dope brothers for life @lu.barbero.215 @inkpenleadpencil and @flydragondynasty for being a part of my process, from listening to contributing. Love you all. by @hrtnrcrds

Now that we have a firm release date LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY, I’m HELLA excited about releasing this EP. Thank you to KMG Distribution and my GangStir Rock Music family for presenting me with this opportunity. Special thanks to my loved ones and family Orlando Jones and Karon D Tunis-Richardson for always believing in me in music, television, and beyond.

A couple things about this project …

- It’s called a “Sugar Free” beat tape because there are no additives here. There are no features on the project. There are no samples in the music. It’s simply me telling a SMALL portion of my story while exploring sounds in a collage format.

- This EP came together in a composition season that yielded THREE EPs telling three different stories about myself. You’ll hear the other two at a later date.

- In true Horton fashion, there’s an easter egg or two in there but you’ll have to listen (and kinda know me lol) to catch em.

- The project is quick, concise, and designed to fit into your life. Listen while you work. Listen while you drive. Listen while you walk/exercise. Listen while you cook dinner. Listen while you game, scroll, or ride the train. Just listen.

Thank you for reading. Thank you in advance for listening. Thank you in advance for sharing.

Remember, good music has no expiration date. #hiphop #beattape #Instrumentals #music #newrelease by @hrtnrcrds

Middle sister. Oldest sister. Baby Brother. Oldest sister and baby brother have the same birthday. Fun fact: Baby brother crawled out of a two story window when he was two years old and apparently he still lived. It explains why he’s the way he is lol. by @hrtnrcrds
