Are you ready? 👀

Because this floor plan is back! And the last time we built it, it didn’t last long.

1430 Farmhouse Avenue brings 1,610 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan, and so many details that give this one a serious WOW factor.

The kitchen backsplash alone deserves a moment… but add in the trim detail in the primary suite, that soaking tub + wet space, a dedicated dining area, corner lot, beautiful front elevation, and a backyard with plenty of room… and yeah, this one is GOOD!
