POSTS STORIES REELS

This past year, we’ve taken a closer look at how we show up—for the people we support, and the communities we serve.
At our best, Heartshare does three things:
🔹 We amplify access and voice
🔹 We adapt to meet unmet needs
🔹 We build pathways forward
That’s what it means to truly care—with urgency, with intention, and with love. by @hsvsnyc

In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re spotlighting @statestreethealing, our newly reimagined space for healing, growth, and connection.

At State Street Healing, our team provides a range of therapies and supports to empower children, adults and families wherever they are in their wellness journey.

Because everyone deserves access to compassionate care.

🎉 Big wins for foster care youth in NYC!

Congratulations to our Heartshare St. Vincent’s youth, who helped pass not one, but two historic pieces of legislation in the NYC Council last week.

💼 The Foster Care Luggage Bill ensures young people in care are provided with proper luggage during transitions.
📊 The Foster Youth Data Transparency Act brings long-overdue visibility and accountability to the foster care system.

We’re incredibly proud of our youth advocates, who continue to use their voices—not just for themselves, but for generations to come.

July is Disability Pride Month—a powerful reminder that disability is a form of diversity worth celebrating.

We stand with individuals who society often overlooks, championing access, voice, and opportunity for all 💙

Disability is not something to fix—it’s something to value, respect, and embrace. #Heartshare #DisabilityPrideMonth by @hsvsnyc

What a game—and what a gift 💙
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the @nyliberty, participants from our Respite program and foster care youth got to experience the thrill of a live WNBA game!

These kinds of experiences create so much more than memories. They build connection, confidence, and joy—and show our communities what inclusion in action looks like.

Thank you, NY Liberty, for being an amazing partner and for helping us create unforgettable moments like these. 🏀✨
