I’ve started something new with @seranovabeauty Beauty and I’ll be back soon with my before and after pics. 😉 #microinfusion #microneedling #antiagingskincare by @ht_cromwell

My facial skin is highly sensitive, and it’s remarkable that I haven’t experienced any breakouts. Usually, my skin reacts negatively to new products, resulting in redness and a burning sensation within the first use. As of Day 4 of using @seranovabeauty, my skin looks brighter, and I’m not experiencing any sensitivity! Happy 56th Birthday to my handsome hunk! My love, my husband, my travel partner, and one of God’s greatest blessings in my life!

Baby, we have traveled the world together, experienced so many amazing adventures, created beautiful memories, and shared a journey that has taught us so much about love, patience, growth, and commitment. Through all the seasons of life, we are still here, still growing, still learning, and still making memories together. And for that, I am truly grateful.

You are such a wonderful human being, and your heart is one of the many reasons you are so special to me. The kids, our grandchildren, and I are truly blessed to have you in our lives. Your presence means more than words can ever express, and I pray you always know just how deeply you are loved and appreciated.

Today, we celebrate YOU! I pray the Most High continues to cover you with protection, bless you with good health, give you peace of mind, and allow you to enjoy many more beautiful years filled with love, laughter, happiness, and new adventures. May we continue traveling the world, checking things off our bucket list, loving on our family, and enjoying this beautiful life we are blessed to share.

56 looks GOOD on you, handsome! And let me just say, you are still MY HUNK!

Happy Birthday, my love! Thank you for being YOU. I love the life we are building, the memories we have made, and the beautiful moments still waiting for us. Here’s to another year of blessings, laughter, love, and adventures together!

The best is yet to come, baby! I love you always! by @ht_cromwell

Today, I celebrate 17 years of marriage to my wonderful hunk! Through all the seasons of life, the ups and downs, and the lessons along the way, we are still here—growing, learning, choosing one another, and loving the life we continue to build together. Our journey hasn’t always been perfect, but our love continues to evolve, and I’m grateful for every chapter we’ve shared.

Today also holds a deeply personal meaning because October 17, 2014, was the day we cremated my daddy. What was meant to be a day of celebrating our marriage also became a day forever connected to saying goodbye to someone I love so dearly.

As I’ve grown in life and in my understanding, I’ve come to believe that perhaps this was part of the Most High’s plan, and maybe my daddy’s way of still being part of our happiness as a couple. Although he is no longer physically here, I feel his presence in the love, memories, and lessons he left behind.

Daddy always encouraged us not to listen to the outside noise about our relationship. He wanted us to focus on what we had together and not allow other people’s opinions to determine our journey. Those words still speak to me today. Sometimes, the people who love us most leave us with wisdom that carries us through seasons they never got to witness.

So today, I celebrate my husband, our 17 years of marriage, the growth we’ve experienced, and the love we continue to nurture. And I honor my daddy, whose memory will forever be woven into this special day.

Two meaningful milestones. One day. A lifetime of love, memories, and heavenly connections.

Happy 17th Wedding Anniversary to us! May the Most High continue to cover our marriage, strengthen our bond, guide our steps, and bless the years still ahead of us. And Daddy, I hope you know that your words still live in my heart. You may not be here physically, but you will always have a place in our happiness. by @ht_cromwell

Gray Hair Appreciation Day 🤍✨ by @ht_cromwell

There are some songs that don’t just play… they take you somewhere. And Islands in the Stream has always been one of those songs for me. ❤️

So, as I was enjoying this beautiful Caribbean vacation, it felt only right to let this unforgettable duet be the soundtrack to one of my favorite memories.

My love for Dolly Parton runs deep. I’ve always admired her beautiful spirit, her incredible talent, her heart, and the joy she has given the world through her music. I will continue to celebrate her, cherish her music, and honor the beautiful legacy she has created.

But what makes my heart smile even bigger is knowing that my daddy, Augie W Johnson, had the opportunity to lend his beautiful voice as a background singer on some of Dolly’s music. Knowing that my daddy’s voice became a small part of the musical history of an artist I have loved for so long is something I will always treasure.

That connection means more to me than words can explain. It’s like two beautiful pieces of my heart—my love for music and my love for my daddy—meeting in the most unexpected and beautiful way.

So there I was, surrounded by the beauty of the Caribbean, listening to a song I’ve loved for years, celebrating life, love, music, memories, and the incredible legacy of Dolly Parton.

And my heart was smiling as bright as the moon. 🌕

Some memories are priceless, and some songs will live in our hearts forever. #musicmakesmehappy #dancelikenobodyiswatching #dollypartontribute #augiewjohnson by @ht_cromwell

In my 50s, I’ve learned that life is too precious to live afraid, too beautiful to live with regrets, and far too short to keep myself confined by what others think.

I’m continuing to be adventurous. I’m continuing to try new things, make memories, laugh loudly, love deeply, travel, explore, and step outside of my comfort zone.

At this stage of my life, I’m continuing to live FREE! Continuing to live authentically, embrace every moment, and make the most of this beautiful life I’ve been blessed with.

My 50s look like freedom, adventure, new experiences, and enjoying every moment of the journey. #sandalsresortsmemories #vacationfuntimes #sandalsresorts by @ht_cromwell
