Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." – Carl Jung

Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by our mind—our 'instrument'—and how to care for it. Unfortunately, schools do not teach us this essential skill; it is something we must discover on our own if we are lucky.

In my recent project, ReCharge, developed with my husband Delic, we have created an immersive experience housed within a mobile dome.

This project aims not only to transport you to a magical place but also to relax your central nervous system. We employ scientific techniques in our music that target specific areas of your brain, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

For ReCharge, it was important for me to collaborate with scientists to research its effects. I approached the University of Groningen, and a unique collaboration has begun. Professors Tassos sarampalis and Kirsten van den Bosch are conducting research on ReCharge, focusing on its impacts on heart rate, working memory, and concentration.

Early results show a relaxation response: lower heart rate and self-reported feelings of calm and ease among participants

I am grateful for this unique opportunity to blend music, art, and science in such a transformative way.

Join us in this transformative journey, we will see you!
Love,
