Recoil Drill is Great 👊

I use this with everyone who works with me.

Focus on the finish.

Hit the brakes sooner.

Get different feedback from your swing.

Big, big fan

Shoes off can be a cheat code 🔥

We find ways to grip the ground without thinking about our lower half

Shoes off is the best and easiest way to do this

As a player, I’m able to take the bare foot feel into my cleats and it has helped me stay in my backside while making my move forward

As worked for the athletes I’m working with as well…. Don’t knock it until you try it

Bring on the comments….

I am extremely blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Friends University. I would like to thank God, my family, and all the coaches who have helped me along the way. I would also like to thank the Friends coaching staff for this opportunity. #DirtyBirds
