Humbled & honored to be a part of Brandon Stanton’s HONY (Humans of New York) installation in Grand Central Station. Brandon told our story in 2012 when he came to see our production of “The Comedy of Errors.” We had no idea our photo would be included in this stellar installation. I’ve been moved & inspired for years by the stories he’s shared from people all around the world. Brandon is a gift. Thank you Brandon & HONY & Grand Central. Up until Oct. 19. It’s a true love letter to the city. To the world.

The great cast, fabulous costumes, costume designer and assistant costume designer of @hudsonclassical_nyc ‘s very fun last show of the 2026 season, The Dancing Men, A Sherlock Holmes Mystery.

It plays Thursdays through Sundays at 6:30pm at 89th Street in @riversideparknyc , just behind the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument.

No reservations. Just show up at 6pm to get a seat.

Will Burns (Inspector Lestrade) Is so damn happy to be working with Hudson Classical Theater Company! Off Broadway credits include The Captive Moon (Gene Frankel Theater) The Fake Husband (Angela F. Austin Theater). Regional Theater credits include Rock of Ages, Sense and Sensibility (Theatre Workshop of Nantucket) Staten Island! The Musical (Avenel Performing Arts Center). Mario del Cubo plays Hilton Cubitt in The Dancing Men: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery. This is our first time working with Mario & he’s simply marvelous!

Mario del Cubo (Hilton Cubitt) is delighted to make his Hudson Classical Theater Company debut in The Dancing Men. Recent credits include Chess Story at the Wild Project, “Filthy Rich” (Amazon Prime), The Second Coming at Mabou Mines (playwright), and a two-year performance contract aboard TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 1 & 2. He has also voiced campaigns for HelloFresh, Peacock, and Royal Enfield. NYU Tisch alum, trained at Stella Adler. He is the co-founder of All You Can Eat Productions. More at mariodelcubo.com

Dixie Carroll plays Elsie Cubitt in “The Dancing Men: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery. Dixie played Charlotte Palmer in our production of “Sense & Sensibility” last summer! We are over the moon delighted she’s returned to play the very complicated Elsie in this show!

Dixie Carroll (Elsie Cubitt) Dixie is excited to be back with Hudson Classical for the second year in a row after performing in Sense and Sensibility last summer and in The Weak Sister at this spring’s WaGG festival. Additional recent stage credits include: In the Hot Seat and The Wayward Women, 2025 Queen’s Short Play Semi-Finalist and Finalist, respectively, The Girl with the Red Hair, Hidden in this Picture, and Trojan Women.

She has been a featured soprano soloist in Bach’s Cantata No. 21 and Mendelssohn’s Elijah and sings regularly with the Holy Trinity Parish & Bach Vespers choirs in Lincoln Square. TV Credits include: “Diabolical” (ID) and “Trapped” (GCflix). When she isn’t performing, Dixie can be found reading, working in marketing, or training for a race (up next: her second NYC Marathon in November)! @dixiecarroll
