Five days a week, our studios are filled with movement, music, art-making, laughter, and connection. From yoga and mindfulness to rhythm, ceramics, STEM, painting, and more — our Self Direction participants explore creativity in ways that feel personal, empowering, and joyful.

As we close out another year, we’re reflecting on the incredible range of people who have walked through our doors—creating, healing, dancing, painting, laughing, resting, reconnecting.

Paint and Puppies with Guiding Eyes for the Blind was a great success. Our students made a beautiful mountain scene and we learned a lot about the training program for Guiding Eyes. Fun had by all!

At InterArts, movement is for every body. Our All-Abilities classes invite participants to explore motion, rhythm, balance, and expression in a space designed for comfort, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s gentle stretching, expressive movement, or meditative flow, each session is crafted to support adults of all abilities — including those who benefit from guided, adaptive, or assisted instruction.

Many of our movement offerings cater to diverse abilities, ensuring that adults who benefit from additional support, step‑by‑step guidance, or sensory‑friendly pacing feel fully welcomed. Our instructors meet each participant where they are — honoring individual needs while nurturing community.
