For a long time, I thought I had to become more outgoing to build a successful coaching business. I thought I had to speak louder, show up differently, and have a bigger personality if I wanted people to notice me. Looking back, I’m so glad I didn’t force myself to become someone I wasn’t. 💛 The clients who chose to work with me didn’t choose me because I was the loudest person online. They chose me because they connected with my story, trusted my message, and believed I could help them get the result they wanted. That’s something I wish more introvert coaches understood. You don’t have to compete for attention. You don’t have to copy someone else’s style. You don’t have to pretend to be extroverted. You just need to be clear about who you help, the transformation you create, and have the courage to show up consistently. There is a myth in the coaching industry…that you need to have everything figured out before you can help someone else.You don’t.In fact, when I first started coaching, I wasn’t the most successful person in the room. I wasn’t claiming to have all the answers. What I did have was experience that could help someone who was a few steps behind me 💡Sometimes aspiring coaches disqualify themselves because they’re comparing their chapter 3 to someone else’s chapter 30.They look at the industry leaders, bestselling authors, and people on big stages and convince themselves they’re not ready yet.But the person you’re meant to help isn’t looking for the person who’s 1,000 steps ahead.They’re looking for someone who understands exactly where they are because you’ve recently been there yourself.That’s what makes your story valuable.
