First time competing in jiu jitsu and little man DOMINATED 💪🥋
So proud of him for stepping on the mat with courage and giving it everything he had. Wins are great — but the heart, discipline, and composure he showed meant even more.
We truly couldn’t have done it without our incredible coaches. Thank you for pouring into him, pushing him, and believing in him. Grateful for this team and this journey. @iamgiliberto @fredsilvajj @sawyerjamesmacallan.bjj @jamesharmon84 @alliancebjjfortmill by @humantoothfairy

This month, I had the incredible opportunity to train with the one and only Dr. Nekky and Dr. Alain in Tijuana, Mexico—sharpening my wisdom-tooth extraction game alongside an amazing group of dentists from all over the world (living in Canada).

As a lifelong student, this course was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It filled the gap every clinician feels at some point: the need for real, live-patient mentorship to build true confidence.

Dr. Nekky is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely your personal hype-man. He has spent years perfecting efficient, predictable extraction techniques so we don’t waste years sweating through trial-and-error. Without even realizing it, many of us instinctively approach extractions the long (and wrong) way—the way we learned in school.

Well… not anymore. He’s given us the formula to work smarter, faster, and create a better patient experience from start to finish. And at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about. If you haven’t taken Third Molars Online, check it out. I’ve learned what I love to do, what I can do, what I should do, and what I should probably avoid—and that clarity is invaluable. taken in Tijuana, Mexico by @humantoothfairy

For the past five days, I got to spend time with two incredibly special women from dental school who continue to hold such a meaningful place in my life. 💛

What I love most is how we create space for each other to be our true, authentic selves—no masks, no filters. Just love, support, laughter, and deep conversations. Through the highs and lows, I hope we show up for one another without hesitation.

You are both so beautifully you—smart, kind, strong, and absolutely radiant. ✨ I’m so grateful for the time we shared this past weekend—exploring, recharging, and just being present.

Here’s to many more adventures together. I love you both. 💕 #GratefulHeart #FriendshipGoals #DentalSchoolCrew #RechargeWeekend taken in Catagena Colombia by @humantoothfairy
