“An incisive yet heartfelt portrait of a Dominican family caught in the grip of generational conflict.” – Anna Marie de la Fuente, Variety

PÉREZ RODRÍGUEZ is a delightful, moving, and funny satire of both the family institution and the Dominican middle class. Amid three family gatherings—a birth, a funeral, and a birthday—, the film tackles blood ties, national identity, delusions of grandeur, and social hypocrisy with raw, dark humor.

Bring PÉREZ RODRÍGUEZ to your campus! Apply for a Spanish Film Club Grant to screen this + 4 other films. Apply before October 15.
