The wait is over. Meet Humdrum Mushroom Matcha, our newest offering. 🍵🍄 Two ingredients: stone-ground, ceremonial-grade matcha from a family farm in Uji, Japan, and lion’s mane extract from California-grown mushrooms. Matcha delivers caffeine alongside L-theanine for a more relaxed kind of focus, plus catechins—antioxidant polyphenols found in green tea. Lion’s mane contains bioactive compounds called hericenones and erinacines. In laboratory studies, compounds from lion’s mane have stimulated nerve growth factor (NGF) and the growth of nerve-cell branches. Human studies have also found improvements in memory and other measures of cognitive function. It’s the morning cup so many of you have asked us for: carefully grown lion’s mane, exceptional matcha, and no added sweeteners. Whisk it with water or make it a latte. 💚 by @humdrumla
