ചക്ക ചിപ്സ് മലയാളികൾക്കു വെറും ഒരു ചിപ്സ് അല്ല. അതൊരു വികാരം ആണ്!

Chakka chips/ Jackfruit chips is an emotion to most malayalees😍. The whole feeling of sitting next to amma, flicking few and munching on them while she prepares hot fried chakka chips in our backyard was a high in itself.😇

It was so refreshing to be back home and relive those good old days in our recent short trip to our hometown.😇

PS : We had to control ourselves a lot to save some for the end shot. 😛

Butter Garlic Pasta that hits different 🍝😋

15 minutes. Juicy cherry tomatoes. Melty garlic butter. One VERY unexpected secret weapon that takes this from “good” to “wait, what did you put in this?” 👀

Every 90s Kerala kid remembers this taste 🥭

There was always a jar like this at home. 🫙

Mango sliced, salt rubbed in, packed tight, and left to sit — sometimes for days, sometimes longer. And every single day, someone would sneak a peek to check how far along it was.

That sharp, salty, slightly sour bite — Maanga Uppilittu wasn’t instant. It taught you patience before you even knew what the word meant. And when it was finally ready, a spoonful with rice was all you needed.
