Honoured to get a mention in Simon Thomas’s article in the latest edition of Cycling Weekly. It was a pleasure to give him a few days’ R&R here in Burgundy on his ride from Dieppe to Menton. Having been on the receiving end of so much hospitality on my own pedal-powered adventures, it’s always a joy to return the favour. Kudos to my dear friend Neil Gower for the illustrations.

Ogni visita ai produttori è un momento di scambio e condivisione che ci permette di conoscere davvero i vini che scegliamo di proporre ai ristoratori e ai nostri clienti più affezionati.

Come è successo con Tom e il suo Vin du Moulin, che a luglio ci ha accolti a casa sua: abbiamo pranzato insieme e, tra una chiacchiera e l’altra, assaggiato diverse annate del suo Gamay, per vedere da vicino come una vigna così piccola venga influenzata e risponda alle diverse annate.

Tra le risate con la sua famiglia e le prelibatezze del territorio, abbiamo conosciuto non soltanto i suoi vini, ma anche tutto ciò che c’è dietro; ed è proprio questo il valore che FOMO vuole portare: tornare da voi non solo con nuove bottiglie, ma con idee, storie e aneddoti da raccontare e condividere con i vostri clienti.
