It’s less about knowing everything and more about staying curious and enjoying the moment. The more you taste, the more your palate evolves, and that’s where the magic happens.

These two gents, professional actors & singers, led a group of us on a literary pub crawl in Dublin, both informative & hilarious. The most curious fact I picked up is that Oscar Wilde's sport at university was boxing! by @hungrypassport

A wetsuit and a rash guard aren't my best look, but I surfed! I may never get my hair untangled, but it was worth it. Believe it or not, the water off the northwest coast of Ireland was actually warm. Not bathtub warm, but still quite surprising. That was a blast! by @hungrypassport
